Pinedale Library Children's Summer Reading 2017
Preschool up to 5th grade

Our children's Summer Reading Program theme for kids up to 5th grade is "Build a Better World" and will include exciting programs such as robotics exploration, a cardboard challenge, Lego competition, and MakerSpace sessions. We're also welcoming back favorite events like magician Ann Lincoln, our beach bash at Sandy Beach, and live birds of prey from the Teton Raptor Center!

Kids can get their official Summer Reading 2017 book log on their next visit to the library and contribute to our Better World bulletin board! We'll have fun blank templates everyone can choose from: girl, boy, mom, dad, dog, cat, etc. Everyone is encouraged to color their own and create a visual collage of our own Better World right here at the library!

Also, for every 100 minutes kids read, they get to add a Lego piece to our Summer Reading Lego Board in the Children's Room. Let's see what we can build together!

Note: Although all children can attend the summer events, only registered summer reading participants will be eligible for prizes for reading. Don't miss out!

Punches can be earned from reading and activities that help Build a Better World right here in their community. Turn in a punch card in any month to earn an invitation to our Teen Meals. Punch cards will be available at the library. Every finished punch card is also an entry to our Grand Prize drawing: a cool new High-tech backpack and school supplies for the winning student.
