The Pinedale Library's Lovatt Room accommodates up to 195 people. It is located in the library's new addition and offers a large space with a warm, rustic setting. Featuring natural rammed earth walls and striking beams, this room can hold a variety of table and chair arrangements and is ideal for large parties, events and meetings. Tables and chairs are included in the rental of the room. Projection equipment hangs from the above beams. A labyrinth pattern built into the floor provides visual interest. Restrooms are located outside the room's entrance.

There is a charge for some uses of the Pinedale Library Lovatt Room. Fees are required for private events, conferences, banquets/catered dinners, business use, and fundraisers, even for nonprofits and government agencies. There is a $250 additional cleaning fee for Sunday reservations. All Board Room, Study Booth and Western Americana Room uses are free.

Multiday/consecutive reservations also typically require room fees.

Fees are as follows:

$10/hour
24 hours for $300
48 hours for $400
72 hours for $500
Sunday reservations: Additional $250 cleaning fee

Use of the room after 10 pm requires payment of the 24, 48, or 72-hour fee.

Our general rule is two reservations/month/group but exceptions are made for hosted conferences/workshops.

Contact Jenn Burton at (307) 367-4114 or email jburton@sublettecountylibrary.org with specific questions about fees.

The Western Americana Room

The Pinedale Library's Study Booth a stand-alone encapsulated room serving as a private, WiFi-enabled meeting space for up to 4 people. It features a table with seating, outlets, USB ports, and wireless charging for your devices. The Study Booth is perfect for:

• Private telemedicine appointments
• Online job interviews
• Signing of contracts or test-taking
• Private in-person conversations
• Isolated study or remote work space

Located in the main library's back corner near the couch and periodicals area, the Study Booth may be used by adults age 18 and up. You may bring your own laptop for internet conferencing or we can provide one for you. You must have your own conferencing software such as Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc. All uses of the Study Booth are free.

The Western Americana Room

Located adjacent to the Pinedale Library's front circulation desk, the Western Americana Room features a large table with 8 chairs. Because this room is close to the "central hub" of the library and houses our collection of local history books, newspapers and microfilm archives, it is best for meetings that don't require privacy. If privacy is needed, the Board Room should be used instead. This room is only available for use when the library is open. All uses of the Western Americana Room are free.
